Honest Service

Took our 46" flat screen in for service as it would not power on. An hour after I dropped it off, the Owner called to say the TV was working just fine. It apparently just needed to be unplugged and plugged back in again. He could've easily charged me for a part that I didn't need, but was honest with me. I only had to pay the standard $20 diagnostics charge (which was cheaper than other estimates I got over the phone for diagnosing). He was also very helpful in carrying the TV to and from my vehicle for me.

Great Service, Quick Repair!

Great experience! I had to write a review after seeing the odd comment left a few years ago. I called Romeo TV service when my BRAND NEW plasma broke just two months after I bought it at a (clearly too good to be true!) memorial day sale. The store wouldn't help but Domenic offered to come out to my house for a reasonable fee. Turns out it was just one small part and this happens all the time with my tv. Before the weekend it was working beautifully again and I saved hundreds of dollars I would have spent on another new tv!

Good Business, Fair Prices

I went to Domenic's shop after finding a few other quotes and he was the lowest price. He charged a service/labor fee, but recommended that I replace my tv because of the type of issue I was having with it. He was good and didn’t try to con me, I would be happy to do business with him again.
